What an excellent experience! It started with my sales rep, Patrick, taking the time (after his scheduled working hours) to send me a video of a new truck I spotted online. With no one there after the close and me being 300 miles away (he didn't know that!) without his effort, this deal would not have happened. There was great communication with the entire crew from Ryan the manager to Rocco in finance. When I arrived in town, Patrick came and picked me up at the rental car place. What a nice and needed favor. The negotiation was straight forward and honest. We used all of our resources with respect to rebates, credits etc. Ryan knew his numbers! There was never a feeling of being rushed or disrespected as I have experienced at other dealerships. I had already ordered a truck locally but the failure to execute these details, being respectful, understanding of what the customer needs and wants...The drive down was never an issue! Before we closed the deal, we double and triple checked everything. Patrick never came off as a "know-it-all" and that's something that made everything real. I would highly suggest that future buyers consider this dealership regardless of the city or location. I'm still being hassled by the local group here. I can't wait to let them know I went to Naples to get this right! We will be in the market down the road and this dealership will be our first choice. More
