Horrible dealership would not recommend at all. Angela was extremely dishonest and outright rude to me during my visit. After such a failure to execute to purchase in Deland, Fl, (dealer incompetence...)I elected to look into the Naples dealership. I contacted the Mr. Shanahan and caught him still at the dealership after hours. I had submitted an inquiry and without even asking, Patrick sent a video of the vehicle! He didn't have to seeing it was after hours but yet that effort is what immediately sold me. Throughout the entire process, the communication with Mr. Shanahan was immediate and detailed. I couldn't have asked for more. BUT, there was! The manager Ryan and Rocco in finance were efficient and relayed all relevant information when needed. I never felt like just another buyer, as with our local dealership. It was well worth the drive to get things done right. Thanks Patrick! More
