Paul kept talking about how he was the best salesman and how he had wonderful reviews I wasn’t even going to do the survey because my experience wasn’t pleasant but when I saw the bill and realized what they’ve done I had to say something. Just went through the absolute worst experience while dealing with Ryan Martin. The sales person Rachel has maintained amazing communication but this dealer dropped the ball once she forwarded the deal dealing with Ryan Martin. I advised i would be coming from far and would like all the detailed finalized prior to agreeing to take a 4 hour round trip drive. He finally provided with with prelim numbers and when questioned about unclear fees, I was sent a screen shot of other fees i could have been charged but wasn't being charged these. I advised that this vehicle would not be worth it at that price and provided him what id be willing to offer OTD. At this time his reply was quite distasteful ," Did you just pick a number and go with it?" at which time I ended my communication with with the dealer and will complete my purchase elsewhere. More
