Bought a Mercedes. Drove off the lot. Ask the electrical went out and license plate feel off. The GM told my they don’t have the right screws to fix the license plate. Drove off the lot. Ask the electrical went out and license plate feel off. The GM told my they don’t have the right screws to fix the license plate. Air bags break lights and transmission lights all came on. And the GM did NOTHING to help. So a $28k car apart after they did a full inspection. I was as polite as I could be and he did NOTHING. Almon, the sales rep was wonderful. I would never refer any one here for a vehicle. A lot more I want to warn others about but I’m so angry about this purchase so I’ll leave it there. Future customers be warned More

It was our first time at your dealership for service and you all made it easy. My 16 yr old got a nail in her tire in her new-to-her car less than 24 hours after we bought it, and to top it off, we needed a you all made it easy.
