If there was anyway to take this Jeep back to your dealership and you guys write us a check for our down payment then we would be down there TOMORROW to do that. It has even started making that noise when you turn (something to do with the power steering). We had a horrible experience with your dealership and now are already having an issue with the Jeep. The dealership sucks. It took them a month to get our financing straightend out because they are incompetent and really gave us a hard time. We had to do all the leg work to prove to them that they screwed up and even when it sunk in their heads that they had been idiotic the still treated us like we didn't know what we were talking about and they only got it fixed because we stayed on top of them and forced them to get it done. We really wish we had not chosen your dealership and now us and our family, friends, and anyone else who will listen will not be using your dealership. Because you wanted to make a bunch of money off of us and you jerked us around you have lost out on any repeat business from us and from anyone else that we talk to. Not only were you completely unprofessional but you took me and my wife for all you could get out of us (that's my fault, I bought because I liked and trusted Anthony). Vendela in the service department was very helpful, polite, and answered all my questions and kept me updated. She’s excellent. We have had some negative experiences at other dealers to but yours is the worst by far and we will never recommend friends to you and we will definitely never buy from you again. You guys are all the same. Let's squeeze as much money as we can out of each customer and not worry if they will ever come back. We'll, that is the exact opposite of what you are supposed to do if you want recommendations and repeat buyers.
