We were jerked around for a month due to the finance manager sending in the wrong paperwork on the wrong jeep to the bank. It was a real pain in the xxx to get them to even realize they had made a mista manager sending in the wrong paperwork on the wrong jeep to the bank. It was a real pain in the xxx to get them to even realize they had made a mistake and once they finally listened to us and figured it out, they still jerked us around for a good month before they finally fixed it. We have had some negative experiences at other dealers to but yours is the worst by far and we will never recommend friends to you and we will definitely never buy from you again. You guys are all the same. Let's squeeze as much money as we can out of each customer and not worry if they will ever come back. We'll, that is the exact opposite of what you are supposed to do if you want recommendations and repeat buyers. If I even hear anyone talking about your dealership I will tell my story and hopefully the listen and save themselves a huge headache More

The salesman was good, the detail dept. did a very bad job, the seats were filthy, car not clean. Paid $1200,00 for things that would be done to the car that were not done.
