Always have to leave my vehicle for 2 days for routine procedure (this has happened more than once). They left a screw out and now my vehicle makes noise and i have to go back again. Dealership decided to add 2.5% to the bill for credit card charges-never told that in the beginning. Was told by a sales person when I called to find out when my vehicle would be ready that if I didn't like the wait I should come and get my vehicle now!!! As if how dare I question why I could not get my vehicle back in under 3 days and that I had the "nerve" to be upset that i was not told nor received a call back with an estimate of time when my vehicle had already been there for 2 days. Not EVERYONE is retired in SWFL!!!! People have lives and families. A reasonable estimate should be given to clients so they can make arrangement-instead I was given an attitude. I will ONLY bring my car back for Dealer warranty related matters. I have purchased 2 cars from you and brought my vehicles in many times but my next vehicle will NOT be a Chrysler Dodge Jeep or Ram!!! Appointments mean nothing, customers time means nothing and the repairs are always at the high end and costly. I NEVER write reviews but thought you should know. More

I dropped off my car for a scheduled oil change and informed them I’d be in the waiting room and kind of felt forgotten honestly. It took 4 hours in total for an oil change.
