The level of professionalism at Naples Acura is 2nd to none. After a bad experience at another Acura Dealer, I was hesitant to even consider another dealer, but I was contacted by Matthew Corio from Naple none. His courtesy and level of professionalism was wonderful. During our first visit I was greeted immediately and the Sale manager Joe Eisenberg came by to ensure we were being taken care of. I test drove the care and the following evening I brought my wife to drive the car and decided that we wanted to purchase it. Matthew was not there, but Sparky Meadows completed the sale. Sparky was incredibly helpful and spent time with my wife helping set the RDX up to her preferences. Even the "Painful" finance part was made enjoyable by Marianne. The entire team made the experience so smooth and pleasant. I can't recommend Naples Acura enough. One of the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. More
