They were straight forward on pricing, no pressure and easy to work with. I have purchased many cars and this was the best experience I have had. How straight forward they are to deal with, there was a mis-quote on interest rate on pre-deal vs when we were on site, they actually credited us off the selling price to make up the difference the error was going to cost us. Later the quoted interest rate was secured. I actually ended up purchasing a car for myself and ended up with a great price on the vehicle and my trade, i have never said that about any trade in prior. Norman and the team there are excellent and no pressure and willing to work with us. We drove 2.5 hours, I would do it again. Those in tampa area forced to buy Acura care packages, Naples Acura does not force that as part of the sale. More
