I have responded, brought the car back looked for a replacement all to no avail. The odor persisted, gags me. I’ve told you I want to return this car and you will charge enormous fee to take it back. This tells me you know it’s a lemon and do not have faith in selling it. I feel you took advantage of me, hood winked about signing while the odor was “taken care of” and when I returned you told me to give it some time since you ionized the air “for me” and it might take some time to neutralize the odor. You knew I was flying to PA that day and the car would sit for 10 days. When I returned it still smells. I contacted Joe, who gave me David F who showed me other cars. None suitable. I’ll meet with the GM. See what can be done. Still very DISsatisfied.
