Marvin and Naples Acura went way above and beyond the call of duty! I found this car on a National website on Friday evening and sent a request for availability. Marvin responded Saturday morning and I m call of duty! I found this car on a National website on Friday evening and sent a request for availability. Marvin responded Saturday morning and I made arrangements to make the trip to procure this 2011 GL450, 1400 miles away. Marvin took a complete video walk around and assured me the vehicle was in very good condition. He wasn't kidding. 11 years old and it still had some of the factory plastic peel off stickers on it! Love this SUV! 2 days later I completed the purchase and drove it 1400 miles home! Thank you so much Marvin and Naples Acura. I definitely recommend this dealership! More

There are so many questions and so much paperwork involved in purchasing a used car, but David worked through all of it seamlessly. Our thanks for a fine job, and putting us into an exciting, beautifully-conditioned automobile. --David Fulcomer As the happy recipient of the Lexus ES 350, David literally spent hours with me making sure that I was comfortable with the various features of my new vehicle. He started by adjusting the height, depth and incline of my driver's seat as well as the tilt of the steering wheel, explaining the scientific reasoning behind his recommendations. He even showed me the best way to get in and out of the vehicle and how to hold my foot during our trial run. Dealing with a "mature" driver whose previous vehicle had zero computer technology, David was very patient in reviewing each feature - from installing the GPS to hands-free phone calls. He explained each and every button, lever, and indicator - sometimes several times over! He even printed out a list of the local radio stations and what type of music each offered. Last but not least, he installed a rather elaborate dog seat on the passenger side for my Coton de Tulear. Above and beyond the call of duty. The next day David called and asked how I was doing and had more positive suggestions such as purchasing a can of paint from Lexus so the team at Acura could correct a few minor scratches on the back of the car. I feel I can call him any time with a question and he will not be annoyed. Kudos also to Marvin who made a fantastic video which I initially ignored because the price was over our budget. --Barbara Proal More

Scott Foster, Sales & Finance is first class. Scott is a problem solver and one of the most straight-up people you will ever meet. Francesca, who sold me the car and is kind, persistent and will work extremely hard for you, She understand exactly what car you want and will find it for you or keep you top of mind until she can locate the perfect match for you. Norm steeped in and helped me when I picked up the car. He a true professional and showed me every aspect of the car. He was extremely patient, very pleasant to work with and his knowledge was second to none. Lastly, Omar Gonzalez managed all the paper work. For someone that recently joined the team, Omar handled every part of the paperwork like a seasoned professional with decades of experience. He is also one of the nicest people you will meet.
