Everyone that I dealt with was courteous and worked with me to provide me with the vehicle that I wanted at a price that I could aff one of the best. Compared to some other local dealerships that I visited the folks at Naples Acura are in a different class. Everyone from my sales person, Bob Nesbitt, to the Sales Manager and the General Manager worked with me to ensure that I was satisfied. I have never had such a good buying experience as I did with this dealer. I wasn't sure I even wanted an Acura but the test drive convinced me. The salesman is always accessible and the few questions I had were answered straight away. This dealership bends over backwards to please its customers. I am a long time Acura owner and wanted to share my wonderful experience at Naples Acura. While in Ohio, I began searching for a new vehicle for my second home in Naples. I emailed and called dealerships in the Naples area and found Naples Acura to be the most cordial and accommodating of all of the dealerships. This was extremely important since I was managing the buying process over the phone and Internet from Ohio. I spoke with Scott Foster, General Manager, on numerous occasions and he spearheaded the vehicle selection, negotiation and final sale. The vehicle came in from another part of the state and he keep me informed all along the way, including the dealerships inspection of the vehicle and the delivery of the accessories. Since I was coming in from Ohio to take delivery, we coordinated the delivery and literally got the paperwork done in under 30 minutes, with the only delay being on my insurance agent's part. Bob Nesbitt also did a great job during the sales process, assisting along the way and provide frequent communications. Other members of the team assisted during the delivery but unfortunately I can't remember all of their names. It was a true team effort. Kudos to Scott and his team. I would recommend Naples Acura to anyone interested in purchasing an Acura in South Florida, or really, anywhere in the U.S. As a final note, I have purchased Acuras from two other dealers and although the process is normally pain-free and professional, this one ranks at the top. My wife and I visited Naples Acura to inquire about a lease on a 2012 Acura TL. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we felt comfortable and at ease. John was extremely informative about the automobile and had a no-pressure sales approach that was very professional and completely took the stress out of our car-shopping experience that we otherwise had dealt with at other dealerships. We were very impressed with the Acura and the car's performance speaks for itself. However, not enough can be said about the wonderful customer service we received from everyone at Naples Acura. It is clear that Ross, the GM, earns credit for creating a customer-focused atmosphere deserving of exceptional feedback.
