When we were ready to purchase the vehicle we could have gone through a buying service, but didn't because we were treated so well by this knowledgeable salesman. John let us test drive the new RDX. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. John had the car washed, waxed, and gassed up in short order. After the sale, John followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was perfect with the RDX. We are very happy with our new Acura RDX. Disney World here we come. I am really satisfied with the excellent service this dealer had given me. Everyone has been so helpful with my needs especially Norm and Scott Foster. I am an Acura groupie - just leased my 3rd RDX, and have also had MDX, TL, RL and Legend. Haven't driven anything but Acuras in years. I don't have to be "sold" on the cars; however, the process of buying/ also had MDX, TL, RL and Legend. Haven't driven anything but Acuras in years. I don't have to be "sold" on the cars; however, the process of buying/leasing cars is something I usually compare to poking sharp sticks in my eyes! This was by far my best experience yet. Norm did everything he said he would - even anticipated some issues and took care of them for me - what a breath of fresh air! I told him I was short on time, so we did much over the phone - and just as he said he would, all the papers were ready and correct when I went there to close the deal. Best of all - my trade-in was actually worth more than we originally thought, and my payment went DOWN from what we originally had discussed. (Some dealers wouldn't have bothered to make that change!) Everyone there was very informative - not pushy at all - and very knowledgeable about the car itself. Norm called to check up on how I was doing with the car - and offered his time if I wanted to come back to learn some of the more advanced technology package features. Norm and the dealership made it painless and actually pleasant! Will definitely be getting my next Acura from Norm Johnston and Naples Acura! More
Recently bought a new 2012 ACURA TL here. From the moment I walked onto their lot until I drove away, I was treated with respect and consideration. The following day the car was ready for me to drive it away. I also traded a car for the deal. Their offer on the trade was very competitive with other offers that I had received. I am a long time Acura owner and wanted to share my wonderful experience at Naples Acura. While in Ohio, I began searching for a new vehicle for my second home in Naples. I emailed and called dealershi wonderful experience at Naples Acura. While in Ohio, I began searching for a new vehicle for my second home in Naples. I emailed and called dealerships in the Naples area and found Naples Acura to be the most cordial and accommodating of all of the dealerships. This was extremely important since I was managing the buying process over the phone and Internet from Ohio. I spoke with Scott Foster, General Manager, on numerous occasions and he spearheaded the vehicle selection, negotiation and final sale. The vehicle came in from another part of the state and he keep me informed all along the way, including the dealerships inspection of the vehicle and the delivery of the accessories. Since I was coming in from Ohio to take delivery, we coordinated the delivery and literally got the paperwork done in under 30 minutes, with the only delay being on my insurance agent's part. Bob Nesbitt also did a great job during the sales process, assisting along the way and provide frequent communications. Other members of the team assisted during the delivery but unfortunately I can't remember all of their names. It was a true team effort. Kudos to Scott and his team. I would recommend Naples Acura to anyone interested in purchasing an Acura in South Florida, or really, anywhere in the U.S. As a final note, I have purchased Acuras from two other dealers and although the process is normally pain-free and professional, this one ranks at the top. Everyone that I dealt with was courteous and worked with me to provide me with the vehicle that I wanted at a price that I could aff one of the best. Compared to some other local dealerships that I visited the folks at Naples Acura are in a different class. Everyone from my sales person, Bob Nesbitt, to the Sales Manager and the General Manager worked with me to ensure that I was satisfied.
