My 07 Acura TL with 199025 miles finally broke down on Alligator Alley 20 miles south of Naples. I got towed back to Naples Acura. I was on a business trip to Ft. Lauderdale at the time so this was an ext Alligator Alley 20 miles south of Naples. I got towed back to Naples Acura. I was on a business trip to Ft. Lauderdale at the time so this was an extra bad thing to happen. John Hamel at Acura quickly arranged for a rental car for me to use as all the Acura loaners were not available. He told me to continue on my trip and that he would call later with the prognosis. Later that afternoon John called and and advised of the problem and that it would be about $3000 to fix. I finished my business and returned to Naples Acura the following day. Ross Levy and Mark Mellman took good care of me and had me in a new car and heading home to Sarasota a few hours later. These guys were all very kind and very businesslike, answering all my questions and making sure that everything was covered and that I was happy. Even though I live in Sarasota, I feel certain that I would return to Naples Acura to purchase my next car as well. What a great experience out of a bad situation. Thank you Naples Acura!! I found a vehicle on AutoTrader that I was interested in and called the phone number listed. I got right through to the salesperson and he was able to answer all of my questions.
