The Naples Acura dealership was overwhelmingly receptive to my needs and requests. Although I technically bought a used Acura, it only had $7K miles on it and had previously been used as a loaner. In my mind, it's still a new car, particularly due to the extended warranty. Jim and Norm were both great and patient with my many questions and negotiated with spirit and fairly.
