Matt Nolan was extremely professional and knowledgeable when going over all the details of the MDX. He patiently answered all my questions while we took the car for a spin. When we returned from the test drive, I was gladly surprised that two managers walked up to me, introduced themselves and spent quality time discussing the pros and cons of the vehicle. I had taken my time to do my research as I had additional car makers as potential options for my next buy. I did not have such a nice experience or the managers spending time with me at my first visit to other dealerships. Ross Levy (General manager) and Matt Nolan (Sales Advisor) were always honest, professional, communicated with me non-stop and made me feel comfortable without pushing during the decision making process, waited for me until long hours at night due to my busy work schedule and followed up with me a couple of times after my purchase.
