Best Acura Dealer in South Florida Area My wife and I live in Fort Lauderdale but work outside the country and we were looking for a 2015 MDX. We have bought many new cars ranging from Chevy My wife and I live in Fort Lauderdale but work outside the country and we were looking for a 2015 MDX. We have bought many new cars ranging from Chevy's to Lexus and understand a good car buying experience. We just expect fair value with good customer service. We contacted about 5-6 Acura dealers in South Florida and were either frustrated by the unrealistic trade prices or poor sales service at each and every one. Up until we contacted Naples Acura we were going to drive our car back to Nebraska to trade. Even with paying for flights, fuel, mileage depreciation and hotels it would have saved us money vs buying from ANY of the dealers we had talked with up to this point. As a last ditch effort, my wife contacted Naples Acura due to their good reviews she found online. Mike took our call and was happy to take all our information. A few hours later we talked again to discuss the accessories and pricing options. The following day they provided a trade price and we were able to come to a deal within almost 24 hours of making contact. The price was reasonable and MUCH better than the others we had talked to. Mike made the purchase smooth especially with us currently being out of the country. Emails were prompt, he called us when he said he would and upon our arrival to pick the car up he had all the paperwork ready to go. This was honestly one of the best dealerships we have worked with in quite some time, and exactly what you would expect from a high end car dealer. We received a fair deal with exceptional customer/sales service. Mike had the car all ready for us and gave us the complete overview of the vehicle. He followed up the next day just to see if we had come across anything where we had questions or needed any help. We interacted with the sales manager, financial manager, other sales staff, talked with the mechanic who installed all our accessories and even talked with the guys detailing the car and they were all extremely nice and eager to answer any questions we had. Mike, and Naples Acura, will be our first call next time we trade and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an Acura to contact them and at least give them a chance. The short drive to Naples was well worth the time and money!!!! More

New car buying experience As a current owner of an Acura TSX but in the market for a new car, Naples Acura was at the top of my list- and with good reason. We went very close to closing time on Friday afternoon and meet TC. He didn't rush us at all and was very accommodating while we shopped and test drove two vehicles. We left with a lot of information to consider saying we would be back on Saturday. Came back Saturday and again spent a little time going over the vehicles trying to decide. As TC was with a customer when I arrived, Scott met us and even recalled my name. He was a pleasure to deal with while we waiting for TC to become available. I was never rushed; instead was offered water (on a typical HOT Florida day) and even snacks! TC and Scott were available to answer all of my questions. And while I usually find visiting the dealership to be stressful, this was a pleasant and smooth experience. The experience was only lengthened while waiting for my husband who was unable to be there early on- but the staff was accommodating to this as well and simply worked around that. TC was very thorough in explaining the features of the car. He was knowledgeable and personable which made for a great experience. As I had requested an accessory which needed to be ordered, TC contacted me first thing Monday morning to arrange for the install. I'd recommend TC and Naples Acura without hesitation. More

After 7 years, I will not return I have had my acuras serviced at Naples Acura for the past 7 years. When it was Germain Acura we got great service and knew the advisors who worked there. Ever since it was bought out, there are new advisors there almost every time we have our car serviced. The problem is that the service level keeps dropping but the price keeps going up. After having my wife wait for two hours so that they could wash the car (they told her 20 minutes) and consistently having them drum up $1000-$2000 dollar bills for mostly routine maintenance work for the past 2 years, I've had enough. It's costing more to maintain then to pay the car payment! They will no longer get my business. If you go, beware of all the add-one they want to do. Almost every time I go they want to replace my wiper blades even when they did it last service 4 months prior (until you point it out - then the wiper blades only need cleaning." I'm sure there is a good reason why they stopped using a third party service rater - I used to get calls from an outside company about the service performed but they stopped doing that a while back. More
