I visited all the mid to high end dealerships in town searching not only for the best vehicle and price, but for the right person (and dealership) that would be taking care of me for the next three years of my lease/purchase. The way I saw it, getting the vehicle was only part of the equation, making the right choice on a partnership for the next three years would be just as important. I feel that in entrusting my purchase with Bob and the Naples Acura team I did just that. They treated me with respect from the moment I walked in and it continues to this day more than half a year later. All did a great job of making the purchase a rewarding experience. We are excited about our purchase. The challenge now is to figure out how to use all the electronic features. The neighbors are worried about us sitting in the driveway with the car running and going through the manual. More

I'm not. over the past 52 years or so, I have purchased or leased at leas After reading this review, you might think I'm a part owner of Naples Acura. I'm not. over the past 52 years or so, I have purchased or leased at least one car a year for myself, wife, kids, relatives and friends.. even my attorney asked for my help. I love the chase and dealing with mostly idiots who don't know the product or much of anything else. I especially love the salespeople who have someone else's card with the original person's name scratched out and their name written in with pen. They are the most fun to deal with (not). I walked into this dealership and was greeted by George L. I told him up front that I'm a pain in the butt.. He said he was as well.. a good start. After 5 or 6 visits to the dealership, i decided on a Acura RDX. Almost leased the TLX... hard choice but I needed a smallish SUV. George let us do a long test drive on both models including interstate driving. The trade-in value from the Lexus dealer for my old Infiniti EX-35 was $6K. I went to CarMax and they offered $9K.. Naples Acura matched that trade-in value. I especially enjoyed the team of George L. and Scott F., the sales manager. Got a great deal with professional service. I didn't even need to walk out of the building with them in hot pursuit. Overall I thought this was the easiest car transaction I have ever had... that's saying a lot. They also provide a free car wash on Wednesday. Nice touch. George even volunteered to come to our condo to help with the syncing of the garage door opener. I'm going to try it myself first, but I have no doubt that he will drive the 20 minutes to our place to help a tech challenged senior. Yes George, I'll buy lunch at the club! My only suggestion to improve the operation is to get a Lexus dealer type of coffee maker which doles out decaf and cappuccino as well. the only area for improvement? So far yes. Love you guys. My experience with Naples Acura has been amazingly consistent. I have either leased or purchased 4 vehicles from sales associate George Lazzarotto. Never once did I feel pressured, or rushed. He knows the Acura brand inside and out, and is a pleasure to work with. My last purchase was a previously owned, one owner 2005 Acura MDX. I had recently leased a Volkswagen and while it was a nice vehicle, I was having difficulty getting in and out of it. George found me the MDX, and I couldn't be happier with it. My wife asked me why I was going to call George after I decided to change out the Volkswagen, and I said because I trust him. That trust was well founded because when I discovered what turned out to be a broken air distribution fan under the dash the next day after picking up the car, George and General Manager Ross Levy did not hesitate one second. They agreed to repair the fan at the dealers expense. With the car well out of warranty , they could have done otherwise, but they didn't. That type of customer care is why I will return again for my 5th car from Naples Acura. I'm just hoping George will not retire before I need another vehicle. Thanks George, and Ross.! More

They were friendly and made the purchase experience enjoyable. I've bought more than twenty vehicles from dealers in my 65 years and never had treatment any better than this. We have purchased a number of high end vehicles including Mercedes and most recently our last two vehicles were a Lexus and BMW. The Acura MDX is better than either of these in almost every area. The dealership was as pleasant and accommodating as the other high end dealerships we have dealt with. If you are looking for a high quality vehicle and a dealership you can trust to deal straight up honestly with you, you owe it to yourself to experience Naples Acura. My wife and I are professionals and really appreciated being treated with respect and honesty. I can not think of a thing they could have done differently to have made this any better. More
