Low pressure, friendly, accommodating, dealership. I initially worked with Scott Foster and then completed the transaction with Norm Johnston. When I arrived at the dealership, I wasn't sure which brand or model to purchase. I started with the RDX and then said I was also considering the Lexus RX350. Scott had me drive a pre-owned Lexus RX350 and suggested I try the MDX. I ended up buying the MDX but I would have to say that it was the most pressure-less new car buying experience I ever encountered. Scott was very forthcoming about the approximate price each model would cost. I was then very happy with the fair trade in value. I didn't feel like I needed to do the difficult haggling that a new car purchase has always required in the past. On the final delivery, I worked with Norm who could not have been more helpful in explaining the many high technology features of the new MDX. Norm is knowledgable and incredibly patient and friendly. Also, Erika in Finance was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend to any of my friends and family to purchase a car from Naples Acura. More

Leased a 2015 Acura TLX I was leasing a 2013 Acura TL and received a call from the GM Ross Levy. He invited me to turn in my lease early and lease a new 2015 Acura TLX. The o I was leasing a 2013 Acura TL and received a call from the GM Ross Levy. He invited me to turn in my lease early and lease a new 2015 Acura TLX. The offer was too good to pass up, so I checked it out. Not only is the new TLX better than the TL, it has more bells and whistles. Ross and "Sparky" were very patient and professional, as I could not decide on white, gray or black. Then I couldn't decide on gray or black leather interior. They actually drove two cars up to the front so I could compare both and make my decision. Most salespersons would probably have been annoyed, but not these gentlemen. I chose my car (black and black in case you were wondering) and I love it! When I went to complete the necessary paperwork, they made it as quick as possible. This is my second car from this dealership and I must say the staff there is top drawer! More
