Michael (Sparky) was extremely responsive and professional during the pre-sale process, including the price negotiation. Since this process went so well, we had high hope that the completion of the sale and delivery would be equally professional and we were not disappointed. We were kept informed while waiting for the car to ship and the delivery process went smoothly. All minor issues (not dealer issues) were handled quickly and in an extremely professional manner. The entire staff at the Naples Acura were friendly and responsive. Buying a car from Michael and Naples Acura was exactly how you would expect purchasing a car should be. We strongly recommend Michael (Sparky) and Naples Acura if you are looking to purchase a New Acura or a quality preowned automobile. More
