Great Customer Service I was very happy with the customer service from Sparky. My mom and I are moving to the area and we were there for a short time to purchase vehicles an I was very happy with the customer service from Sparky. My mom and I are moving to the area and we were there for a short time to purchase vehicles and furniture. Sparky found me a car I loved very quickly. With my mom Sparky took a lot of time explaining what it means to buy a certified Acura. He spent a lot of time explaining each warranty and the different features of each vehicle. Then when she decided what she liked and what was important to her he took the time to point her in the right direction to keep her in the price range that she wanted to be in, When we went to finalize the sale of my moms car we were running late for another appointment at our new home. In the rush of everything mom forgot her purse at the dealership. When they realized this Sparky called and texted me. I got in touch with him and because we were meeting some else he offered to drop her purse off on his way home.This was super helpful for us. I think that the people at Naples Acura value customer service above all else. They were definitely the most personable dealership we visited. We both are now proud certified Acura owners. More

Within the hour Bob Nesbit had called me and began facilitating my purchase. The eventual deal was very fair and painless. Bob took care of all the paperwork and had it delivered overnight. My financial institution was impressed that all the paperwork was in place and set to go. When it came time to pick the car up, we flew into Ft Myers (30 miles from the dealership) and Bob was there to pick us up! Our car was parked in front of the showroom and all set to go. All in all, such a positive experience that I would not hesitate to recommend Naples Acura and Bob Nesbitt to others. More

Our sales associate, "Sparky" Meador was totally knowledgeable in the Acura products and was a joy to work with. He provided all the information we asked about and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. When we finally decided on which car we were going to purchase, he made that process seamless. We came to agreement quickly, Dan JAckson, arranged finance terms that were better than our bank, and we closed the deal in one night and took our new car home. What I thought would take a couple of days, was completed in a few hours from final test drive, to negotiating the price, arranging financing, and on our way home. Thanks to everyone there for a great experience. You exceeded our expectations! More
