I recently had an unusually challenging situation with my 2009 Acura TSX. Through detailed analysis by Shane Duhaime and his service department team, they were able to identify and resolve this problem, which involved significant adjustments to my engine and other mechanical systems. Throughout the process, Shane and his service consultants maintained a helpful and professional approach in addressing and ultimately repairing my vehicle. They truly made me feel like a valued customer and I am happy to refer them every chance I get! More

I looked at many reviews on many different sites of all SUVs. Acura was not on the top. However, of all the dealerships, the Acura was the best. Norman and Scot went out of their way to make me feel as if they really cared about getting my business and working with me. This was a key in my buying an Acura versus another car. Also, I know that I can go back or call Norman anytime with tech questions. He is very knowledgable. I would highly recommend this dealer and Norman. More

From the start, we had great confidence in his knowledge of the MDX and familiarity with the Lexus RX we were turning in. He put together a great deal for us; so much so that we rolled out with a new car that very same day. His manager, Ross, was superb as well. Acura has some fine sales personnel, for sure! Separately, we also had some "after market" options to tend to. We were equally as impressed with the Service Department, specifically Shane Duhaime. It is comforting to know that great customer service extends well beyond the sale! More

Very personable-- I would say low pressure. No regrets with the SUV after we closed. We did not dealer shop or zero in on any make other than Acura so we never did a price comparison-- a little scary and probably a no no per most advisors, articles or web sites. I spoke with several local area dealers in order to get an RLX In a color that no one carried on their lot. All tried to sell me a unit form their inventory but none showed interest in actually dealing with my request. As a luxury car buyer, I find this lack of service appalling Naples Acura located a car in the color I wanted that was in production in Japan that was assigned to a dealer in another state. They contacted such dealer and took the vehicle over for me. I have had Acuras on and off since 1990. No dealer ever made the effort to earn my business that Naples Acura did. As icing on the cake, Honda delivered my RLX one month ahead of the original schedule and Naples Acura was very diligent in sending me prompt updates throughout the process so that I could plan accordingly. The delivery experience this past weekend was efficient and pleasant. And on top of their outstanding service, their quote was the most competitive of all dealers I contacted. A very satisfying experience all around. More
