I debated for two months whether to buy the car, lease a new model or return it and purchase or lease a different brand altogether. Every three years I torture myself, reading about cars, comparing prices. I always feel bad getting rid of my cars because I take great care of them. This time I called Norm from the Acura dealer and told him over the phone what car I wanted and to have some prices ready foe me. Within two hours I was signing a lease on a brand new Acura TLX. It was the most painless and stress-free car lease experience. ever. All the employees I dealt with that day had a wonderful, genuine attitude toward me. They made me feel at ease. Norm went out of his way to accommodate me, explain in every detail all the car features from the remote key all the way to the steps to repair a flat tire (most cars are getting rid of their spare tires). Norm is a gentleman, a professional and a great salesperson. He knows his business very well but above all he knows how to treat his customers with respect. More

After returning from a long trip north, the car looked as good as new. So when our lease was up we went back to Naples Acura to look at the new models. We love the RDX. We looked at other cars and dealerships but decided to lease another RDX from Naples Acura. Norm Johnson showed us the new features and colors and patiently walked us through the various purchase and leasing options. We never felt pressured and Norm was there to provide any additional information that we needed. The car was ready at the agreed time and the switch to the new vehicle went smoothly. Plus my wife and I know that our Acura is the best value we could possibly have in the latest of high tech luxury vehicle. The dealership was clean, the atmosphere friendly which instills confidence in a buyer. However, when I arrived to pick it up, the car looked and drove as promised by Michael Meador (Sparky). He was a pleasure to work with and had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. I was also surprised, and happy, to find out Scott Foster was able to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union was offering. Before leaving, Ross Levy also introduced himself to make sure the experience went well. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

WE ARRIVED AT 10:10 TO COMPL MICHEAL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE WHOLE PROCESS, HOWEVER, TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN I EXPECTED AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN. WE ARRIVED AT 10:10 TO COMPLETE A DEAL WE HAD NEGOCIATED THE PREVIOUS DAY AND WE DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL AFTER 2:00. I ALSO DID NOT APPRECIATE BEING FORCED TO SIGN AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT I DID NOT AGREE WITH AND IS ILLEGAL. WE WERE TOLD IT IS YOUR POLICY AND WOULD NOT APPROVE THE DEAL UNLESS WE SIGNED IT.
