Professional and Fun I had been holding off purchasing a new vehicle (although I knew it was time) because of an emotional attachment I have to my present car. If my present vehicle was still in production, I would have just bought it again. Unfortunately, the year I bought it was the last year of production. That's how much I loved it. Since I prefer to drive a convertible, my options were limited. I looked at several vehicles and nothing tickled my fancy until my spouse came home and told me about a Lexus convertible she saw on the Acura lot. It was pretty late in the evening on a Thursday, but we inquired via the web. The next day, we received an email from Joe Eisenberg with a proposal for us to review. There were a few emails back and forth and Joe invited us in for a test drive. We had done the research and knew we wanted to purchase the vehicle, so we sent in all of the information needed to start the purchase rolling. We arrived to a very warm welcome where Joe introduced then us to Bob Nesbitt who was absolutely delightful! We looked at the vehicle, Bob and Joe spent time with us showing us the amenities, technology and how to operate it and we were absolutely blown away by their professionalism. Because we had done our part in advance, we weren't stuck in a dealership for hours (like the good old days). They made the transaction seamless. David was the young man who explained and finalized the financial forms that we had to sign and he was also a pleasure to deal with. We decided that we would certainly recommend the dealership and we look forward to having an on going relationship with them. The reason why we titled this review "Profession and Fun" is because buying any large ticket item is stressful at best. These gentlemen made it easy for us and we laughed the whole time. This was an overall AWESOME experience! More

Sparky Meador contacted me and I set up an approximate date for vehicle delivery which was about 2 months out. I visited the dealership and provided the specific options that I required on my vehicle. Sparky was very knowledgeable of the MDX options and answered all questions in detail. We negotiated a price and leasing agreement that was very competitive as compared to the others visited. upon delivery I was given a thorough review of the operational features I had ordered and the accounting staff expedited the paper work accurately and efficiently. I would highly recommenced Naples Acura to anyone looking for a great car. They put a premium on delivering a vehicle at a fair price with professional service. More

2016 MDX SH-AWD w/Tech. Package Living in Florida is new to us. I previously owned a 2004 MDX for ten years and had a good idea of what I wanted in a new one. One thing was SH-AWD. Living in Florida is new to us. I previously owned a 2004 MDX for ten years and had a good idea of what I wanted in a new one. One thing was SH-AWD. People in Florida don't really share this idea. If you travel north in the winter months, you may very well run into snow. I gave a list of accessories along with the basic vehicle to Joe Eisenberg. A nationwide search was made and the vehicle was in the lot in ten days. Norm Johnson spent time with me going through all the new technologies that have been added since my last MDX. I have less than fifty miles on it, but it brought back fond memories of ease of driving and comfort. I appreciate all that Joe & Norm did to make this happen. More
