We looked at other cars and dealerships but decided to lease another RDX from Naples Acura. Norm Johnson showed us the new features and colors and patiently walked us through the various purchase and leasing options. We never felt pressured and Norm was there to provide any additional information that we needed. The car was ready at the agreed time and the switch to the new vehicle went smoothly. EXPERIENCE TO PURCHASE AN ACURA RXD MICHEAL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE WHOLE PROCESS, HOWEVER, TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN I EXPECTED AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN.
