I had abandoned Acura Brand after bad experience with Service Provided by local Dealership after buoying Acura Lagend 1988,1993,1995. Then switched to Infinity Q 45. That was again a disaster. Then went Service Provided by local Dealership after buoying Acura Lagend 1988,1993,1995. Then switched to Infinity Q 45. That was again a disaster. Then went with Lexus LS 430 2002,2005,Last Lexus LS 460 2013. Decided on SUV after driving Luxury Sedans for 40 years. Bad knee joints forced to consider SUV. Daughter has BMW X5 and saw routine 5,000 miles Maintenance bills and repair bills and turned back to Acura. Did contact5 Dealerships in State of FL 2 locally, 3 in Southern Florida. First Norman Johnston felt to be straight shooter then encountered Zack Fier Sales manager for a Quote but Real contract ,preparation and deliver the vehicle to the Home was done by Michael Sparky Meador. The whole crew at Naples Acura were different. Marianne, Finance Manager did not come across like a SHARK. In short a pleasant experience with each sales personals manager, Finance Manager. Sparky has eye for detail and very methodical, super organized, very patient , pleasant man to explain all features of MDX Advance Trim 2024 electronics to two Senior's not so savvy with Electronics Ash B & Sum B More

Francesca is a good Salesman who knows her models, and placed us in the Best fit ! She was Very busy that day on her 5th sale so we had Steve help finalize our paperwork.
