They even pick you up at the airport. The entire experience could not have went smoother. The price was fair and the response time to any question was immediate. We landed at 9:30. TC a pleasure to deal with My wife visited Naples Acura on a Sunday afternoon after visiting 4 other dealerships. We were on a fact finding trip with no intention of buying. We met TC who showed us several MDX's and explained the features and benefits. He is a very personable and pleasent young man who was very informative without being overbearing. After about an hour we found ourselves at his desk purchasing our new car. I am not a big fan of buying cars and have always felt less than comfortable doing so. I am now a fan of Naples Acura and TC. The finance manager was also a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with our MDX and Naples Acura. More

Astonished I have never bought a car in Naples before now. It was always the thought that you will pay more in Naples, so I always went to Ft. Myers. This time I have never bought a car in Naples before now. It was always the thought that you will pay more in Naples, so I always went to Ft. Myers. This time, I even ventured to Sarasota. Not only was Naples Acura a better deal, but I didn't have to spend the day at the dealership negotiating! Everything was done via text!! I didn't have to miss work or spend my weekend car shopping! I test drove the car on my lunch hour and signed paperwork after work. TC was responsive to every text and patient as we went to another lot to find the car I wanted to drive, yet he hurried because he knew I was on my lunch hour. He even stuck around after I got off work to be there when I signed the papers even though he was scheduled to leave. Then he went over the whole car with me, explaining features and answering my questions. He even followed up with me to make sure I was happy & signed me up for the free features so I didn't have to! I have never had a car buying experience like this one. More

I don't think I can say enough positive things about how wonderful this experience was, regardless of having jitters making my first major purchase. Bob Nesbitt, my sales consultant, came highly recommended by my family who have had exceptional experiences working with Bob, and I can truly see why. Bob was able to find the most perfect car for me - not only did it fit comfortably within my budget, the ILX that I purchased far exceeded every one of my high expectations. It literally was love at first sight with my ILX. Although it is a used vehicle and a couple of years old, the condition and quality of my ILX is so absolutely pristine that it might as well be brand new. Although one would hope that a sales consultant would be kind, Bob has a genuine kindness and exhibits great care and concern for his clients. There was never a moment where I felt uncomfortable. It was a fun experience and every question or concern that I had was addressed with great care and the transparency. Every detail that I inquired upon was answered crystal clear. If it is important to you to work with a sales consultant and a dealership that is fair, can be trusted, and values transparency, there is nowhere else to go. Even though I was buying a new (used) car, the treatment that I received was right on par with what I would expect when buying a brand new one. Bob and Naples Acura took great care to work in every detail that I would have liked to see incorporated into my car purchase -- with no questions asked. Although I have not bought a car on my own until now, I have gone with my parents many times and I now understand their satisfaction with Naples Acura and working with Bob. David Pinzon was the finance manager that I worked with and I also felt that this was a positive experience. I had probably 1000 annoying questions to ask about every little detail and never once did I feel that I was a pest or a bother. He was happy to answer all of my questions and it was clear that it was important to him that I understood everything completely even if it took twice as long to get through the paperwork. Although I had to come after work and it was later in the evening, the process was never rushed. All in all, this was a really wonderful experience. I couldn't be any happier with every last detail of the experience of buying my car in addition to the exceptional quality of the car that I bought. There were a few moments where I felt that it was too good to be true, but the value of being able to reach the conclusion that everything is honest and true and that the quality of the interactions and the product are top-notch is something that you can't really put into words. I would recommend Bob and Naples Acura as an absolute must for a first and only stop in the quest of any vehicle whether it be new or used. I will absolutely be returning in the future. More
