I told Bob how much I wanted to put down and pay per month....and Bob and Scott, the Sales Manager, were able to work with me to accomodate my needs. Both Bob and Scott were pleasant and accommodating. Met All My Demands Was tired and not feeling well; and really was hoping just to look around and get out without seeing a salesman. In fact, when he asked my name, I said "I'm leaving". He laughed and proceeded to tear down every objection and obstacle I put before him; all while remaining polite and cordial. He got me to drive the TLX 3.6L, even though I really wanted to leave. Wow, what a car... tight, smooth and very responsive, not to mention very fast. It even has a growl, that you won't find on most luxury cars. When it came to the numbers, Jonathon worked hard to make the sale happen. Management was very easy to deal with and didn't play any games! I'm a CPA that knows numbers and they gave me a great deal! Everyone at Naples Acura was very polite and dealt with me professionally! Issue resolved! I had an issue, after the fact, with the price I was charged for a starter replacement. I normally do my due diligence in getting quotes from at least I had an issue, after the fact, with the price I was charged for a starter replacement. I normally do my due diligence in getting quotes from at least two service departments prior to scheduling an appointment for other than routine maintenance. This time I was in a time crunch and went with my local service department for the repair. It was after I had picked up the car I discovered quite a disparity in the price between the service department I had taken the car to and another one in the area. I addressed my concerns with Shane Duhaime, the service department manager, and to my surprise, he was quite understanding of the issue. Shane commented that it would be silly to lose a long time customer over the price differential and building relationships with customers was very important to everyone at the dealership. Given that response, I will definitely be back! More
