From our first meeting, he listened to me, was not pushy in trying to sell a car ASAP. It was a pleasure to work with the Sales Manager, Scott and their General Manager Ross. I got a GREAT DEAL, worked with GREAT FOLKS and glad that I had chosen to drive from Cape Coral, FL to be associated with a GREAT DEALERSHIP.. On the day of purchase, Norman had everything ready to go and the transaction was smooth. After all the paperwork with Marianne, Finance Manager, who was also a GREAT person to work with, Norman explained all the new car features and how to operate them. Ross Levy came out to the parking lot to greet us before we drove home. I thank Ross for giving us a GREAT DEAL. Also, Marianne was so nice to work with in signing all those papers.
