It far exceeded our expectations and was far superior to the many previous purchase experiences we have had at other dealers over the years. At every step our sales consultant, Matthew, patiently explained our options and answered questions. We never felt pressured to make decisions that we were not comfortable with. Joe was clear in presenting our price offer. It was within the range of our expectations without the need for bickering or difficult negotiation. Marianne was very helpful setting up our financing and describing optional services. When the car arrived it was exactly as we expected. Matthew spent a great deal of time explaining the car features and making some initial settings to our liking. He even introduced us to the service team.
