Service is everything! Yes the car is beautiful, but I have to say the service brought us back! We decided then and there that it was time to go back to Acura! It is the easiest and most gracious car leasing experience there is hands down! Car buying day was atypically frustration-free and while I never find the process enjoyable, Hector, Scott (sales manager) and Matt did their best to make it as low key and stress-free as possible. They were upfront and honest with no surprises or last minute gotchas (except lengthening the term of my lease from 36 to 39 months, which I was ok with).
