Great Dealership from Top to Bottom Saturday we decided to look at the Acura RDX for the second time. We did not intend to buy as I had lease payment due as well as disposition fees. Mr. Johnston kept in touch with me via text and email previously so we drove by an Acura dealer to see the RDX once again. Norman new the product better than other dealer and took his time with us, asked a few pertinent questions and got the Manager involved. They actually acted like they wanted to sell their product instead of acting aloof [take it or leave it-] Needless to say they put a deal together that I could live with--and I drove home in a new RDX that afternoon. They had what I wanted on the lot and made it easy for me to make a decision for leasing the vehicle. Marianne Sullivan was super in working out the details of the lease. Everyone at the dealership was most accommodating. A real unselfish team approach with the customer. We were so impressed by the safety features on the RDX that we decided a few days later to see what they could do for my wife. Francesca found a ILX Premium model that was perfect for my wife’s needs, so we decided to lease it. Again everyone bent over backwards to help us. Great experience without a lot pressure! More
