Norm Johnston got my attention immediately when he asked the absolute “right”question, “What were the most important things I was looking for in a car.” He had me drive two models. Each would have been perfect, so I had the good problem of having to decide which was most perfect. I test drove both again and made my decision. Joe provided the pricing details which seemed very fair; there was no stress or hassle. I finished the paperwork with Marianne today, met Larry who will be my service associate and Norm reviewed the various features and paired my iPhone with the car. He then followed me home to program my gate and garage codes into the car. It was all so simple and efficient! Another key factor for my decision is I like the way Acura drives. It’s well built, holds the road, and has 4 driving modes (normal, sporty, economy, etc.). Am looking forward to driving my new car and to a long term relationship with Acura More

Prior to my lease, I was working Kelly Sullivan in their Service Dept., great lady ! One of the reasons why I came back to Acura of Naples. I was able to borrow a RDX while they were changing my oil for me ! Even the ladies in the service dept. were super helpful and nice with getting my paperwork together for borrowing the car!
