It was a pleasure working with Marvin. He was extremely helpful in our decision making process. We weren't sure weather we were going to buy or lease a car. Great Car - Great Dealership I reached to Naples Acura on the website regarding a 2013 Lexus. Joe Eisenberg scheduled an appointment for the next day to test drive. Joe connecte I reached to Naples Acura on the website regarding a 2013 Lexus. Joe Eisenberg scheduled an appointment for the next day to test drive. Joe connected me with Norman Johnston. Norman and I test drove the 2013 Lexus and a 2015 Acura TLX. Both real nice cars - not an easy decision. Norman and Joe helped me to answer any questions I had. I decided the better value was the Acura. Decision made, Deposit given. Next day I came in to complete paperwork with Norman and Mary Ann in Finance who was very nice. From there Bob Nesbitt helped me go over some features with the car(Blue Tooth, Garage, etc) From the very beginning everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am an Account/Sales Manager in another industry and appreciate the no hard pressure approach. More
