Stay Away from this Horrible Dealership! BMW should boot this dealer from the brand. Bad image of BMW. Called 2 wks. ago to get a price on a 2022 X5 M Sport in their inventory. I spoke w/Masun. I let him know I was ready to go with a cash purchase. I was trading my 2019 Mercedes C63 AMG Cabriolet w/title in hand and cash for my balance. Was told Sales Mgr would contact me. Never heard back and ask later get a bs emil quote with 2K in extras. No mention of my trade or USAA discount. Email back and get a 5 word response from Jason. Emil me your trade info..lol. I live in Naples, FL but have a home in Blue Ridge, GA so easy to pick up new car. I purchased a 2022 highly optioned X5 M sport from Germain BMW in Naples this week for strait MSRP with no bs extras, and they gave me strong trade $$, gladly applied USAA discount w/ my code. In addition I will be trading my wife’s 2020 Mercedes AMG for a new BMW. This dealership lost 2 easy sales. They have a GM, GSM, and many sales managers listed on their website. What a joke. Couldn’t even take the time to close 2 easy cash sales..I guess that’s why they have so many 1 star reviews.. will be calling BMW North America to let them know of the bad impression they leave for the BMW brand.. they should be representing Kia or Hyundai not BMW. Sent an email to them letting them know of the bad experience. Never heard back. The owner could obviously care less. More
Last time I was there I had a bad experience it was the worst day of my life. I came to BMW Nalley To have service done on my vehicle. I came in had warranty and I had nothing done to my car. My vehicle was off alignment was shaking in the front tires and Needed change oil. I’ll call two days later they said to come pick up the vehicle when I got to the vehicle still the same. He told me that they needed to order parts and tires and he’ll call me in two days. I asked him if the vehicle safe to drive like this he said yes it is safe to drive like that gave me his work. Two days dater my wheel comes off the steering rod on the right passenger front tire broke almost killed me & my uncle driving back from the airport. Ever since then I’ve been trying to get a hold of Mr. Ali. It’s been a struggle. And they say that BMW Has five star ratings and safety. I doubt that. More
