Visited in Mid April to look at a used car and felt like they did not appreciate me. The salesman was unfamiliar with the car. The sales manager was arrogant and ill informed. I made an offer that was not a they did not appreciate me. The salesman was unfamiliar with the car. The sales manager was arrogant and ill informed. I made an offer that was not accepted. Yet 3 weeks later the same car was online for less than I had offered. Zero follow up from either the salesman or the sales manager. The only thing that I have heard from Nalley BMW has been the marketing emails that I did not ask for. More
