STAY AWAY FROM NALLEY BMW of DECATUR! !! The Service dept is HORRIBLE!! Exactly a year ago I took my 2022 X3 to get its 1st maintaince service. Timothy McGinley the "service advisor" NEVE !! The Service dept is HORRIBLE!! Exactly a year ago I took my 2022 X3 to get its 1st maintaince service. Timothy McGinley the "service advisor" NEVER told me or recommended a wheel alignment. A year later on 9/28/23 I took my car again for the oil/filter change. This time the "service advisor" was Desmond Roberts. Desmond was very unfriendly and racist. He told me my car needed BRAND NEW TIRES LOL. I said the tires look perfectly fine to me and he said based on BMW standards you need NEW TIRES. I told him that nobody told me a year ago about the wheel alignment. I asked him if we can go ahead and do a wheel alignment now and he flat out denied me the service. He said it wasn't worth doing because my car needs New tires. He said I should buy a least 2 new tires and then do the alignment. He also didn't mention that I needed a new wiper, just like they never mentioned the wheel alignment last year. I decided to get a second opinion from 2 reputable tire companies. Both agreed that my tires are in good condition and all I needed was a wheel alignment to make sure the tires will last another 2 years! Desmond Roberts lied to me telling me that I have to buy brand new tires, when in actuality the tires are in good condition. He let me go knowing that my car was in need of a wheel alignment jeopardizing my safety. He DENIED me the alignment service because I didn't want to buy brand new tires on the spot! The lack of customer service from a luxury car dealership is ridiculous! I will never recommend Nalley BMW of Decatur and I will NEVER buy a car from them. More

After only 6 days of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership the truck is completely falling apart excessively vibrating. And can no longer move more than 12mph I called for the salesman to say that dealership the truck is completely falling apart excessively vibrating. DISABLED VETERANS BEWARE. .. Let me start by saying, I love BMWs and I was a loyal, repeat customer of Nalley BMW. I've never had a problem with purchasing a car with them and .. Let me start by saying, I love BMWs and I was a loyal, repeat customer of Nalley BMW. I've never had a problem with purchasing a car with them and have even traveled to Georgia several times, while stationed in other states to do business with Marcus at Nalley BMW. It is important to note that I am over the moon with my current purchase, a 2024 convertible. It wasn't until, the overzealous and aggressive warranty pusher, Deon got involved in our transaction that things took a turn for the worse. He went from being flirtatious and friendly, to get out of my office, figure it out on your own... You see, in Georgia when you are a 100% disable veteran and purchase a car, you are exempt from Ad Valorem Tax. The dealership is supposed to verify your disability status and conduct your contract minus the tax. However, when Deon realized he couldn't sell me any more warranties, he told me to go to the tag office and they would do it. For clarity, that means I have to pay interest on a larger amount of money and my payments are higher. I confirmed with him again, are you sure it's the tag office because I know vets who say the dealer does it for them. He assured me that the tag office processing the ad valorem tax was protocol. After visiting the Cobb Tag Office, they told me to go back to Nalley to process the tax because it would take nearly 4 months for them to do it but the dealer could do it immediately. I called Marcus told him and he said that we would have to redo the contract. I have known Marcus for nearly 15 years, bought several cars from him, served in the Marine Corps with his son, so I was extremely disappointed when he called to tell me that there was nothing they could do and subsequently blamed me for the situation. This transaction has caused me thousands of dollars and possibly years of interest. If you are a veteran and entitled to the Georgia Ad Valorem Tax Exemption, proceed with caution when purchasing at Nalley BMW and asked to speak to a general manager to process your contract. More
I had the pleasure of meeting Marcus for the first time in May 2020, right in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. He personally delivered my BMW X1 right to my doorstep, which was a surreal but reassuring experience. Marcus's professionalism and care were evident as we followed the necessary precautions outlined by the CDC. We completed all the required paperwork outdoors while maintaining a safe social distance. I must admit, my fear and anxiety levels were quite high, but Marcus's sincerity, empathy, and understanding truly shone through. He made every effort to address my concerns and make me feel at ease throughout the entire process. His genuine concern for my well-being had a profound impact on me. It was clear that Marcus truly cared about providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience, despite the challenging circumstances posed by the pandemic. I am grateful for his unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Having experienced such outstanding service from Marcus, I made the decision to become a loyal customer of Marcus and Nalley BMW. Today, three years later, I am thrilled to have acquired another BMW X1. Marcus's solid knowledge, genuine care, and exceptional professionalism have consistently impressed me throughout our interactions. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Camilo for his leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. His commitment to customer safety and well-being, along with his ability to adapt to the unique challenges we faced, made my purchase process back in 2020 even more comfortable and memorable.
