This was my second BMW and by far the best experience out of the two. I was able to get the exact car with options that I was looking for. Sales process was quick and smooth. Other than creative accounting, the car was delivered at night with no lights and paint defects were found after the fact. Also was not aware that there was customization that needed to be dealer programmed so I got to pay for that later. I have never bought a car at United but have been completely happy with the service I receive there- they will get my future new car business. More
