Everyone was friendly and helpful from the time I entered the dealership until I left with a new car. Arthur worked diligently to find a vehicle that I wanted and was very pleasant to deal with as were Thad the dealership until I left with a new car. The service provided by Justin was excellent, including providing me with information about a near-future tire replacement and pricing. Let me preface this review by saying that I have owned over 56 cars, over 21 of those have been BMW's. I have bought one or more BMW's from every dealership in Atlanta and have to say that hands down, over 56 cars, over 21 of those have been BMW's. I have bought one or more BMW's from every dealership in Atlanta and have to say that hands down, Nalley BMW and especially Scott Derickson, Tanzir Rafi and Charlie Thompson have consistently time after time gone that extra mile to get me the car that I wanted with a great price, great financing and exceptional customer service. I would recommend (and have) recommend anyone that I know looking for a new or used BMW to these good people. I feel like part of the Nalley BMW family as I am warmly greeted by all staff members on a first name basis (not sure if that's good or bad) :) every time I walk in the dealership. They are consistently GREAT time after time and I cannot say enough good things about them. The few service visits that I have had have always been easy in and easy out and done in an efficient and professional manner. I consider Scott, Tanzir and Charlie good friends after this many purchases. I highly, highly recommend these 3 specifically to any one looking to make a new or used car purchase. Jim Stabler More

The above ratings are for Rob Zweig and the dealership on the purchase of my 2011 BMW 335. However, Rene Hesse in Finance is the most incompetent person I've ever encountered at Nalley (this is my 5th BMW fr the purchase of my 2011 BMW 335. However, Rene Hesse in Finance is the most incompetent person I've ever encountered at Nalley (this is my 5th BMW from Chris/Nalley BMW). I atempted to purchase an extended warranty on my 2008 BMW, which I told him was being bought by a friend. He couldn't even print out the warranty. When he finally produced it several days later, I was then informed it would have to be transferred to the purchaser. Then upon checking the transfer requirements, I discovered it couldn't be transferred due to terms listed in the warranty. In other words, he knew I was selling the car to my friend but did not know the product well enough to advise us to purchase this warranty after the car was purchased. Also, he had a very bad attitude...and I've never said this in my life, but my friend and I got the distinct impression that he is homophobic. Rene should not be allowed any contact with Nalley customers! However, after this incident, Rob put me in touch with Kevin Henry and we cancelled the extended warranted and will be repurchasing. As soon as I receive the survey from BMW North America, I plan to advise them as stated above. More
