Every time I come to Nalley BMW, it is one of the best things that happens to me that day. The service is prompt, expert and affordable. And the people I come in contact with are the best. Do not buy your car here. This is truely a horrible place to do business with. They do not respect your time and on what they promise you. I called in advance negotiate a price with them and we came upon an to do business with. They do not respect your time and on what they promise you. When I called the dealership and asked to see what I need to bring in with me b/c I have a long drive ahead and want to be out of there in an hour. They told me that I don't need anything and promise me that I will be done in an hour. When I arrived all of a sudden I needed additional paperwork, and instead of working with me so I can fax back proof that I own a BMW; I had to wait over 5 hours to get everything done and ended up paying a higher price. If I knew on what I had to bring in I would have had all of my paperwork there that day. The sale staffs here, don't even know about their product. After I bought my car, I asked them how to operate my car and they don't even know half of the features. To spend $80k for a car, this is definetly the wrong place. I got in a car accident the day I bought my car, and I called the dealership b/c I am not familiar with BMW roadside assistance. My sales consultant told me that someone will call me back and help me out. Still nothing. I called their finance department now 3 weeks into my purchase to check to see if they ever payoff my trade auto loan. I left them 3 messages and still no return phone call. Again, stay way from this place. All they want is your money and they will never care about the customer. More
Wow! What a great buying experience. Just bought a 550i. Felicia, Richi and Chris were awesome. Jamal and the Nalley team are extremely courteous and professional. They offered a very reasonable no-haggle price on a new 2013 3-series and did not up-sell or add any extras just to increase their mar professional. I did not get the same courtesy from other Atlanta BMW dealers who made it clear they just wanted to make money and didn't care too much about my needs and concerns. I ended up buying an Audi simply because it fit my personal needs better, but inspite of this Jamal remained courteous and answered my follow up questions . I will go back here when I'm looking to switch my current second car. - Aug 2012. More
The staff here is exceptional. They always go above and beyond to help you. Even the Service manager is not opposed to meeting with you and is very helpful as well. I was able to order the exact car I wanted from the factory, and it arrived pretty quickly. The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful as he explained the features of the car. First and foremost I normally dont write reviews in any regard. I registered an account just for this particular instance.A car was sold to me on a Saturday as they were anxious to close. They couldn't deliver it until the following Wednesday which would've been tolerable if that was the only delay. It wasn't. They did not have a temporary plate on the car when they delivered it. It took another 3 days with me calling more than once a day for them to overnight me a plate. It was hard to get in touch with someone to even get a plate. Twice I was told it was delivered to no avail.Their lack of communication with me and each other was deplorable. Especially given the fact the car was not drivable without a tag.This was On Memorial day weekend none the less which ended up delaying my vacation!! I have purchased cars and dealt with Nalley Jaguar, United BMW, Nalley Audi etc. which value their customers!! This was not the case with Nalley BMW. Hopefully this helps aide fellow consumers in their car buying decisions. I would also like to note that all of these dealerships have a $599 "doc fee" which is not even taxable in my state because it is not a mandated fee. This is the standard in this area. However every dealership listed above with the exception of Nalley BMW gave me a beautiful care without a scratch or a ding. I have already spent over $100 getting dings out of this car. I have been quoted as high as $500 to get the scratches removed. At this price point with dealers of this "stature" certain things should be done not ignored!!! Especially given the time frame until the car was actually received. More
This was my 5 car that I purchased from the Nalley Automotive Group but my first time visiting Nalley BMW. My internet inquiry was answered in an expeditious manner by Chris Yarbough. He was very responsive and handled all of my spouse and I concerns. Once we arrived to the dearlership, he greeted us and started showing us the inventory. We finally end up picking out the right car and purchasing it after a few hours. During that time Chris was very professional, patient,friendly, and knowledgeable about all of the inventory. He made our car buying experience very enjoyable and I will definitely return when I decide to purchase again. Had to bring the car in to service the CD/DVD system and met Erron Hudson. Once again I was greeted upon my arrival and everything was explained to me. Erron was also very professional, patient, and friendly. He reassured me that everything would be taken care of on my car and said he would call me and keep me updated. THANKS NALLEY for selecting the right people for the right position! Michael Payne More
I recently purchased a CPO BMW 535i from Nalley BMW in Decatur. I worked with Marcus Mullins, and Marcus made the entire transaction one of the smoothest I've experienced. He was knowledgable on the product, not pushy at all even after the test drive, and was very fair to negotiate with... without the BS or drama you come to expect from the car buying experience. I hope my service experience is equally as pleasing! If so, they may have very well earned their motto of "a customer for life!" More
