Customer service is not the same for everyone When I purchased my vehicle everyone was over accommodating. However, afterward the service has been poor, I waited 5 hours the first service I had. No one came out to inform me as to why it was taking so long. Then they told me I needed two new tires 6 month from the purchasing date. Since I only paid $2000 less for a pre-owned car , then was pressured into purchasing a $5000 Gold package warranty in which they added compound interest and a whole lot of other fee which increased the total cost of the vehicle from $32,000 to $42,000 plus I put 4,000 cash down. After exceeding $50,000 miles, car had 38k when purchased. Took my car into service for an oil changed. My appointment was at 7:30, AT 8:30 I was approached and told that they were running behind and it will take time. I told him I needed to leave by 10 a.m. but I was told that this may not be possible, they could guarantee me that the would be done, but they did show me that I need $2900 worth of work on my brakes, and sparks plugs. REALLY. One year later, already $4,500 needed for this vehicle. I've spoken to Brain, Joe and several other managers with no help what so ever, THIS PLACE WAS IS NOT FAIR TO EVERYONE, BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT FAIR TO ME, More

The cost seemed unreasonable because BMW had discontinued the needed part, so my service adviser, Jeff Christian, got "good will" assistance from BMW to reduce the repair bill. Much appreciated. Although they were busy, and it took several days to get the work done, I had a loaner car, and my car was returned in good shape and clean. On the same day I ordered a new BMW working with Khiry Peterson. He was very professional and personable and made the experience enjoyable. I would recommend him. More

I do not usually write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received recently, I felt it was right to share. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Marcus Mullins on the purchase of with the service I received recently, I felt it was right to share. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Marcus Mullins on the purchase of our first BMW. From the beginning, Marcus was attentive and patient as we learned about the cars. We had spoken to him via phone prior to going to the dealership and when we arrived, he was ready with not only possible car options, but numbers as well. We spent about an hour on the test drive, where he pointed out many characteristics specific to the car itself. Furthermore, when it came time to make a deal, without us even asking, he brought us a price that we were comfortable with and accepted. To have a car buying experience where you feel like you got a good value without having to haggle is rare but we definitely had this at Nalley. We actually picked up the car the next day, on Marcus's scheduled day off, but he came in to make sure the transaction was smooth and again to show more details on the car. He spent multiple hours on his day off to complete this. My wife works in a client oriented business and she was most impressed with his attention to detail and to the customer. We would absolutely recommend working with Marcus and in turn, Nalley BMW. More
