Couldn't be happier! It's been a couple of weeks since we purchased our 2016 X3 and we couldn't be happier! Steven Leesang was so knowledgeable about everything to do with BMW - all of the different models and options, and was so enthusiastic the entire time! We traded in our GLK 350, but had no complaints the entire time we had the car. But Steven was able to convert us over to the BMW-following, and there's no looking back for us! I definitely recommend Steven if you are looking to upgrade from your current car or just looking to learn more about BMW! Thanks again, Steven!!! More

He was so patient, moving several cars so that I could drive the one that interest me most. We test drove two cars and Steven explained the differences. Steven was conscious of my budget and even showed me something less than I wanted to spend....so that I could see all of the options. Steven was knowledgeable about the product and very accommodating. Fantastic experience. Ask for Steven! More

No return calls and always passing the buck to each other. If you are assigned to either please request someone new. Complaining on them is just as worst. Getting a hold of their manager Renee is like catching Santa "never going to happen". You are giving numbers to GM's and Manager to not get a call back or for them to sneak a call in getting your vm as they are leaving for the day. You will get this number 404-994-4329 which is a black hole. I have bought two BMW's 3 series and 5 series and this the thinks I get. I have witness 1st hand Sherry ignore my calls not seeing me looking at her two doors down as she play's angry birds. Rick being disrespectful to my wife for calling to get an update to me showing up to the dealership and him saying it had to be another Rick. Service department is a Joke. When the GM Daniel Bellemare was there this would've never happen. Will be taking my vehicle to another location if going forward for service. All the true customer service at this location is on the Sales side of the business. Highlight of service department is the lady who gives water, donuts and coffee at least with her you know what to expect. More
Customer service is not the same for everyone When I purchased my vehicle everyone was over accommodating. However, afterward the service has been poor, I waited 5 hours the first service I had. No one came out to inform me as to why it was taking so long. Then they told me I needed two new tires 6 month from the purchasing date. Since I only paid $2000 less for a pre-owned car , then was pressured into purchasing a $5000 Gold package warranty in which they added compound interest and a whole lot of other fee which increased the total cost of the vehicle from $32,000 to $42,000 plus I put 4,000 cash down. After exceeding $50,000 miles, car had 38k when purchased. Took my car into service for an oil changed. My appointment was at 7:30, AT 8:30 I was approached and told that they were running behind and it will take time. I told him I needed to leave by 10 a.m. but I was told that this may not be possible, they could guarantee me that the would be done, but they did show me that I need $2900 worth of work on my brakes, and sparks plugs. REALLY. One year later, already $4,500 needed for this vehicle. I've spoken to Brain, Joe and several other managers with no help what so ever, THIS PLACE WAS IS NOT FAIR TO EVERYONE, BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT FAIR TO ME, More
