Larry was very attentive and understanding of my needs as a customer and made sure to find the car that fit all of my requirements. Larry never rushed me, he was always polite and followed up exactly as he'd stated he would. He seemed genuinely concerned about making sure I purchased a car that I'd be 100% happy with and I'm more than pleased! I'd recommend Larry as a sales advisor to anyone! Couldn't be happier! It's been a couple of weeks since we purchased our 2016 X3 and we couldn't be happier! Steven Leesang was so knowledgeable about everything to do with BMW - all of the different models and options, and was so enthusiastic the entire time! We traded in our GLK 350, but had no complaints the entire time we had the car. But Steven was able to convert us over to the BMW-following, and there's no looking back for us!
