Excellent Service I purchased a car from Nalley BMW on 9/30/15 and my experience was excellent. I had never experienced service like this before. I dread looking for a car because I know car salesman can be brash. Dexter made me feel less anxious and relax. I was in the market to upgrade my 2009 BMW and was not having any good experience until I met Chris. With my very first handshake with Chris and welcoming warm personality he presented. I knew this was the guy that I wanted to assist me with my new BMW search. He knows his work and definitely knows how to make his customers leave with a smile on their faces. With his SUPERB customer service personality and being very professional in his work, you too will leave with a smile on your face as I did. Thanks so much Chris for your help and getting me into the EXACT car that I came to Nally BMW for without the haggle like my past experience I did encounter. He gave me lots of great info but did not overload me or share useless information. He got to know me by asking great questions and then was able to make recommendations based on what he thought would best fit my needs. I cannot thank him enough for making the car buying experience actually fun. I was dreading it big time and he made it all worth while. He was very patient with me! Highly recommend him! Big thank you to Robert and Scott Kidd in finance who got me in and out very quickly and was extremely professional! More
Dishonest!!!!! Nalley BMW of Decatur on Church Street are horrible!!! The worst experience ever with these so called honest people; attempting to create false documents in order to obtain money from hard working consumers. Whatever happened to the good and honest service department that will not renege on an agreement? Chris Klbecka instructed me to get my car because I didn't owe anything. Chris Klbecka, Rene Morris, Jerry Howell and Rick Ruggiero shame on you! Adding injury to insult, we received several bogus reasons from the service department managers as to why they won't "release your car because you've declined their exorbitant fees"...or call the police when you challenge them for receipts or signed documentation. Humiliated, disgusted and frustrated that this is the way they're trained to treat consumers. I was warned about the snake eyes!!!!!! More
Poor Service Experience I arrived for my 08:30 appointment at 08:25. I left my key with the greeter who said to wait at the breakfast bar for my service provider. By 08:50, I arrived for my 08:30 appointment at 08:25. I left my key with the greeter who said to wait at the breakfast bar for my service provider. By 08:50, I asked the lady at the breakfast bar if she had seen my provider. She replied no & informed someone else. I spoke with 2 more people before meeting my new service provider (not my assigned one) at almost 09:00. Not one of of these four Nalley employees apologizing for my long wait. After my car was serviced, I arrived home to see the low coolant light (which I initially complained about and was supposed to have been addressed) come on again. I returned to the Nalley (nearly 10 miles from my home) where my coolant was topped off, & the light never came on again, causing me to wonder what other components of the service were ignored. I was also informed by the manager that the service provider whom I was assigned (confirmed by both an email & phone call) was never even scheduled to work for that day. I was never asked by the manager, "How can we make this better?" I was disappointed from start to finish, as I paid for the service experience, as I am no longer under warranty. I feel that I have never had a good experience at this dealer unless my service provider was Sherry Nelson, who has since transferred to United BMW Gwinnett. My car is a 2011 BMW 5 series, & I am considering getting a new car in the next year. Nothing about Nalley's service made me want to purchase a BMW from them, even though they are the closest dealer to my home. More
