Yesterday, 10/29/15 we purchased our 2nd X3 from Chris. Again, he led us thru the process and explained all the changes that were different from what I expected. He illustrated the main changes in the vehicle, and where we could find further "on board" assistance. The whole staff at Nalley were, without exception, extremely courteous and professional. He got to know me by asking great questions and then was able to make recommendations based on what he thought would best fit my needs. I cannot thank him enough for making the car buying experience actually fun. I was dreading it big time and he made it all worth while. He was very patient with me! Highly recommend him! The worst experience ever with these so called honest people; attempting to create false documents in order to obtain money from hard working consumers. Whatever happened to the good and honest service department that will not renege on an agreement? Chris Klbecka instructed me to get my car because I didn't owe anything. Chris Klbecka, Rene Morris, Jerry Howell and Rick Ruggiero shame on you! Adding injury to insult, we received several bogus reasons from the service department managers as to why they won't "release your car because you've declined their exorbitant fees"...or call the police when you challenge them for receipts or signed documentation. Humiliated, disgusted and frustrated that this is the way they're trained to treat consumers. I was warned about the snake eyes!!!!!! More
