Even having my car shipped from out of state was seamless. It's evident from the demeanor of Nalley's that time is taken in training those that come in connect with the public is focused on customer service. Chris met the test with flying colors. I feel like I got a fair price on the pre-owned Subaru I purchased, and a very fair price on my Mini trade-in (even with it being sight unseen to their staff). Chris let me do an extended test drive which certainly helped me make a decision on the car. Rich from financing worked to get me a good loan for my first car purchase, even with some paperwork questions. Overall, I would recommended the team for being professional and courteous throughout. I was practically devastated after the total loss of my BMW coupe. When given the ok from my insurance company to search for a replacement vehicle. I took to the Internet for the best deal, which had all the options I wanted. When I found the perfect vehicle it was on the Nalley BMW of Decatur’s website. I came in to look at the vehicle, you were the first to greet me and you told me, to my dismay, that the car I came in for was not on the lot but at a sister site. Instead of rescheduling to return you listened to my needs and wants and showed me another vehicle that fit my criteria and answered any questions I had. I felt surprisingly comfortable and completely relaxed. When I test drove the car with you, it was effortless and hassle free; I would have purchased the car that day but, I still had to wait on my insurance company, USAA, to send me the check for this new vehicle purchase. So, I had to wait a week after the test drive to do anything. As I told you during this entire experience, I was impressed with your honesty, integrity, and straightforward approach to selling a car. But I have to be honest with you after the first time we spoke I was still looking at other car dealerships to weigh my options but as I looked around, I found that many of the sellers just didn't meet my personal standard of integrity, not to mention their cars selection didn’t compare to Nalley. I came back to look at the VW one more time, you worked your magic and we made the deal. I've put about 400 miles on the car and it is everything I hoped and more. I would definitely recommend you and Nalley to others in the future and will check your inventory if I am in the market for another vehicle. Christopher, you made this entire experience of purchasing my VW effortless. I never felt any car sales pressure. I left Nalley satisfied in every way. My Client Advisor, (Chris Yarbough), went above and beyond, in my opinion, to make I want to say that I'm extremely pleased with the customer service! My Client Advisor, (Chris Yarbough), went above and beyond, in my opinion, to make sure I had the smoothest transition to becoming a first time owner of a BMW. He knew upfront that I was a "Lexus Man", but he handled the situation well by explaining similarities, as well as differences between both. At the end of the day, BMW made more sense, and now that I've owned one for almost one week, I'm totally sold out! Overall, this has been a good experience, and I'll recommend others to take a strong look at BMW. Now I know why it's called the "Ultimate Driving Machine", no hype, just the truth! He is a wonderful salesman, VERY patient and knowledgeable on top of outstanding customer service. I absolutely love my car and how well Jason took care of me. Before actually coming into the dealership we spoke via email I came in knowing the exact car I wanted and drove away in that car he never once tried to push another car down my throat. While waiting to sign paperwork he gave me a tutorial on the functions of the car some things I probably wouldn't have known without the demonstration or reading the book. Codae one of the BMW geniuses was also informative and had an answer for every question I had while on the test drive. I greatly appreciate the level of service delivered by both associates. More

When I arrived at the dealership, he had the two new cars I wanted to look at (the color and options I wanted) pulled out and parked beside each other. No need to spend any more time looking. Needless to say I drove home a new BMW. While talking with Chris, he told about a rebate from USAA if you are a military vet. I was able to get a nice rebate which made the deal much better. Thank you Chris Yarbough, Richi Whitlow, Scott Kidd, and Randy Pullen for a great buying experience!!! More
