We were there last Saturday to get service on one of our vehicles, while waiting in the lounge, Chris passed by. He immediately recognized our family and approach with a big smile. He asked how the family were and how our vehicles were doing and if we had any problems. I told him that we were thinking about buying a car for our daughter and he stated that he was currently working with a customer but would be happy to assist. After all, who else would we talk to about a vehicle since Chris has sold us our last 5 and we have been happy customers. My spouse and I walked around and finally spotted a car that we thought would be the perfect fit for our daughter. Chris had finished dealing with the previous customer and devoted all of his time to our car buying process. To make a long story short, we purchased our 6 vehicle from Chris. He made the process so simple and did not waste a lot of our time. He answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns while comforting our impatience children. I would recommend Chris to anyone that is in the market for a new or used vehicle. As a matter of fact, my spouse and I are talking to a few couples about the BMW experience and hopes that they buy the ultimate driving machine because we now own 3. Chris I just want to personally say, for the past 5 years you have been a blessing! Prior to meeting you at Nalley BMW, the car buying experience was awful, dreadful, painful, and an all day process. Chris Yarbough for General Manager I went into Nalley on Saturday to have service on one of my BMWs. As always, Chris spotted me in the waiting area and struck up a conversation. He asked about the vehicles and how my family was doing of which all of them know him. I expressed an interest in purchasing a car for my daughter and he explained that he was currently with a customer but would be happy to assist me. To make a long story short, I purchased my 6 vehicle from Chris within the last 4 years. He is awesome, down to earth, and very professional. Actually, he is one of the only familiar faces that I recognize at Nalley BMW. With his winning attitude and outstanding personality I feel that Chris would compliment the Management Team because he handles concerns expeditiously and always maintain a smile and professional approach to any problem. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to give Chris a chance because this guy knows the business. Thanks again Chris for a wonderful car buying experience and for all your patience and dedication to BMW of North America. More

Chris greeted me, listened to what I was looking for and pulled up the car I was interested in a used X1 and I dropped in at Nalley for a look around. Longest Car Buying Experience Ever!!!! I worked with Chris Y. who is amazingly patient and knowledgeable. I started working with Chris in January of 2016. I first explained that I wasn't looking to buy at the moment, but I wanted to know my options. He went over all the details and even provided information that I wasn't aware of as a first time car buyer. Needless to say I went back to Chris 5 more times before I was ready to purchase. I remember on one of my visits. I was a emotional wreck in my personal life which stopped me from making a professional responsible decision. Again he was patient and more so he didn't even want to sell me a car that day because I was such a mess. I appreciate him so much for that, I knew that we had built an amazing relationship because it was no longer about the sale for him, it was about me being okay and in my right mind with the right energy. On June 16, 2016, I went in knowing that I was leaving with a car that day. I intended on purchasing a 2 series, but called Chris earlier in the day stating, I want to see the numbers on the 4 series. We were starting from ground zero, but still Chris showed great patience in working to me all the items on my car wish list. I can appreciate someone who never want you settle for the benefit of themselves. All in all, Nalley BMW will always be my go to dealership and Chris Y. will always be my car salesman. If you looking for a great deal, an honest opinion, and overall great customer service, see Chris Y, because he is the MAN with a deal and a plan. More

Fast and Diligent! I worked with Chris Y. in the used car division! Not only was I able to purchase the car extremely quickly, but they helped me work through the claim I worked with Chris Y. in the used car division! Not only was I able to purchase the car extremely quickly, but they helped me work through the claim on my previously totaled vehicle! This would have been a total disaster without them :/ I purchased a Hyundai Genesis coupe from this dealership. The vehicle is cleaaaaaaannnnnnnnn, actually thoroughly immaculate. I had been considering an upgrade, so I figured I go over to the sales department and talk with someone while I waited on my car to get serviced. Khiry Peterson was my sales rep and from start to finish, was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowlegable, patient and did his best to get me into a new vehicle at a price point I was comfortable with. It was the easiest car buying experience I've every had and I drove out that day with a brand new 2016 X3. I'm very pleased. More
