Buying a new car Ryan Wilensky was amazing!!! We originally were looking at a BMW 528, perhaps CPO. Then the 428i Gran Coupe caught our eyes. Ryan worked very hard to Ryan Wilensky was amazing!!! Ryan worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted and ultimately located the right car at another dealership, seamlessly having that car transported here for our analysis. The cherry on top was the test drive where he showed us what the car could do and then, we got our chance to get comfortable on both the normal streets and the highway. Using all the dealer incentives and Black Friday deals, we got a really good final price. Ryan Wilensky demonstrated the standard all dealerships should strive to achieve. Horrible Dealership I bought a brand new 2017 X3 from this dealership. I arranged to take the vehicle home the same day. I was told that the car I wanted was at another I bought a brand new 2017 X3 from this dealership. I arranged to take the vehicle home the same day. I was told that the car I wanted was at another dealership nearby, and our salesman personally went to get the car. We waited around for a while for the car to be "detailed". The detailing turned out to be a joke. The entire buying process that day was long and tiring. Our salesman started off good but eventually took a turn for the worse when we brought up issues with the car. The finance person was just awful to deal with as well. He tried to sell us a third part warranty, which added no real benefit to us. There were scratches on the interior wood panels, it was still dirty inside and there was an oil stain on the outside passenger side door pillar. We told our salesman that we are not happy about this and he agreed that this was not the brand standard for delivering cars to customers. He arranged for us to bring the car in for a thorough detailing. That was another disaster as we expected to pick up the car that evening, but was then told it will be another day. To detail a car? The salesman then became rather unhelpful, as he got his commission out of the deal anyway, so he has no interest in what happened thereafter. There are other dealership around, so take your business elsewhere. Better yet, get a Benz. More
