I was in a very tight spot and needed a car right away( but not just any car), I had a car event approaching in 4 days and needed to get myself back into another Ultimate Driving Machine for the show. I was panicking to the point I had second thoughts about postponing the event due to not having a car, I informed Mr. Yarbough of the short time and he took action RIGHT AWAY... 1 day went by and Mr. Yarbough was able to place me in my brand new 2018 430i GC for my event appearance. Chris Yarbough is Nalley's secret sauce for customer satisfa Professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable are the three words that come to mind when thinking of an accurate description of Chris. The car business Professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable are the three words that come to mind when thinking of an accurate description of Chris. The car business have gotten a bad reputation for a very good reason (unscrupulous and high pressure sales tactics), but Chris stands out as someone who truly has the customer's best interest in mind throughout the car buying process and beyond. Backstory: I came in wanting a particular car for a particular price that was not currently in Nalley's inventory. Chris tracked down the exact car I was looking ( w/ the hard to find exterior/interior color combination) and had it ship to the dealership. Additionally, he oversaw the CPO certification process for the car while constantly keeping me in the loop. Prior to ordering the vehicle Chris and I discussed the price and he laid out his case for the purchase price in the most transparent way that I have ever experienced and I shared with him my own research and we quickly settled on what I considered a fair price. On a side note, I am a financial advisor by trade so I can smell a set up for a sales pitch from a mile away and not once did Chris try to play on my emotions or fear or any other sales tricks to get me to buy and pay the highest price instead we had a simple conversation that result in a win-win situation for both parties. To that end, if you want to significantly reduce the stress of the car buying experience, I would suggest you ring Chris up the next time you are considering a car purchase. Lastly, please share your own experience with Chris in this forum to confirm or deny that you shared the same positive experience as that is the only way to separate the good guys and gals from those who are not. I visited Nalley BMW this week to purchase a Certified Pre Owned 3 series that appeared to check all my boxes on paper. I did my homework, brought my CarFax and had already been preapproved for having excellent credit from 2 other BMW dealerships so I knew what rates I qualified for. I decided to personally visit the car and dealership to verify the "CPO" was up to par with what was stated **it's important you do this to avoid deceptive advertisement. It seems damage to vehicles is very common at this dealership, so check thoroughly before buying anything or having service completed at this location. From the moment I stepped foot in the Nalley BMW building, I was being suggested cars I HAD NO INTEREST IN PURCHASING. Felicia Jones the saleswoman who obviously wanted a "get rich quick sale" never once listened to a word I said or she would have known I wanted a specific model I saw they had. She ignored my questions and concerns and had no knowledge of the vehicle or it's history. Felicia's level of unprofessionalism was horrific. She was disrespectful from beginning to end. In the office and sales floor Felecia was cussing, and making animated outbursts not only around staff but customers as well. Even the General Manager Victor was present yet nobody batted an eye. That experience immediately let me know that this is normal behavior at Nalley BMW. It's appalling to know potential buyers witness that behavior from a luxury company. I've never been to a BMW dealership where they base everything from lies and demand you put your trust and money in their hands. Their finance guy " Skip" will try to make you believe you have to agree to the interest rate they want you to pay, NOT what you qualify for, KNOW YOUR CREDIT SCORE SO YOU DON'T FALL VICTIM TO UNETHICAL MARK UP. You can have stellar credit and still be lied too. **I'm thankful I visited 2 other BMW dealerships before Nalley to explore my options. This dealership lives off greed. When the General Manager condoned Felicia's disgusting behavior in the office and supported her lies, I just got up and left. The whole experience was a nightmare. Just how easy it was for this dealership to lie, made it so easy to walk away. More
Service is a joke! I dropped my car off at 7:15am for a scheduled service call later that morning. After waiting 45 minutes to meet with my service advisor I decided to leave. Finally saw him and went into his office to told him the issue I had and that I had to leave town two days later for 1,000 round trip. He assured me everything would be taken care of and he would get back to me. 3 hours after my scheduled appointment time I called for an update. No return call. 3 hours later I called again to be told they hadn't gotten to it. I asked why I bothered to schedule an appointment and why I had not gotten a call -- no answer. He asked for 5 minutes to get an update. Got a call back 30 minutes later with no information. He assured me it would be the first car the next morning and he should have some answers for me by 9am. At 11am I call and again no call back. I then call and ask for the service manager but he did not answer. The receptionist said she would email the Service Director to call me -- no call back again. I went to the Nalley website and a chat agent asked if she could assist. Again I asked for a call back -- still nothing. At the time I write this they have had my car for over 30 hours and not a single status call or resolution. Never again.... More

There is no respect for younger individuals of color or different Ethical background do your self the favor An take your business somewhere you can be treated with the respect you deserve More
