He talked with us and determined what we were looking for - model, price range etc.. He then showed us various cars and once we had decided on a model and interior/exterior colors he took us on a test drive and introduced us to Chuck. The price negotiation went smoothly and we proceeded to talk with Jay, the Finance Director. When we picked up the car Ashton explained the operation of the controls etc. All the employees we had contact with were extremely friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. More
