CHRIS YARBOUGH HAS DONE IT AGAIN!! Chris sold me my first BMW 5 years ago. After zero contemplation, I made the decision to buy a new car this week. Since my first experience with Chris Chris sold me my first BMW 5 years ago. After zero contemplation, I made the decision to buy a new car this week. Since my first experience with Chris was so great, I decided to contact him again (luckily, I still had has contact information from 5 years ago). I saw the car I wanted online on Tuesday, stopped by on my way to work Wednesday morning for a test drive, and drove off of the lot with my new Bimmer on Thursday! Super smooth experience My fiancé has taken his vehicle to Nalley BMW many times for service and most recently to lease another car. During our time there we interacted with My fiancé has taken his vehicle to Nalley BMW many times for service and most recently to lease another car. During our time there we interacted with four different individuals each who we were both highly impressed with. I felt confident in their knowledge and willingness to help us. I felt like they asked the right questions and made sure our needs were heard and any concerns we had were addressed. They took care of everything in such a way that the process was fast and we felt very catered to. I plan to continue to do business here and HIGHLY reccomend them. We first met Saef Haque who took the time to sit down and discuss our needs and just further explain our options in regards to our current lease. From there he introduced us to Charlie who also listened to us and made some recommendations based on our wants and needs, through Charlie we met Chuck who was very courteous and made sure we got the right car at a price we could afford. We did some paperwork with Skip who I absolutely adored, he was super personable and had us both laughing. Best Carbuying Experience I went in for service on my 328i. From the moment I came in, I was treated with top notch service. While waiting, I met a salesperson, Felicia Jones. I went in for service on my 328i. From the moment I came in, I was treated with top notch service. While waiting, I met a salesperson, Felicia Jones. She showed me their inventory never being pushy. After talking to her briefly, I felt like I was not only free to look but also that she was very knowledgable about the BMW brand. So much so that I ended up buying another BMW and brought my wife back a day later to buy a car as well. Kudos to Felicia Jones- my salesperson, Jay Moore- the Finance Director; who was exceptional and the service department for taking great care of my original vehicle.
