Bought the car a little over 2 months ago.This can't be a certified vehicle. I am beyond livid. This time the A/ C is blowing warm air. The exact same problem the vehicle was brought in for 2 weeks and kept for 3 days. This is a pure nightmare!!! More
Unresolved. I had my car towed in the first week of July because my timing chain apparently broke. My service advisor through this entire process has been great but the shop is extremely sketchy. I was informed my chain was under warranty so they replaced it. I was then told that my engine was knocking and they initially tried to blame my oil before replacing the motor. Then I was told my O2 sensor was bad and my AC compressor was "falling apart." Come to find out there is a hole in my compressor and my AC doesnt work. They brought the car to me without AC saying it would cost approx $1500 to replace. I had no issue with AC before. I brought my car to my local shop. My mechanic told me he is reluctant to sell me a repair because the AC hose was pinched during the install of the new motor which could have caused damage to the compressor along with other rushed install work. Brought the car back the very next day and told them the findings of my mechanic. It is now the 20th of August and I still am getting push back on the cause of damage to my compressor. I will be picking my car up today and having the repairs done at my local shop. I thank my service advisor for his help but I wont be returning for any services at this location. I have been without my car for a month and a half and have more issues now then when I brought the car in. Also good luck with getting a loaner vehicle at this location. For two plus weeks I have been driving a Ford. The first week I actually paid for my own rental since they didnt have a loaner available. Unacceptable from a brand with the esteem of BMW. More

Have not heard from Advisor by email or phone regarding my X series.... No problem with collecting my $2900, but continual problem with repairing and responding to customers. No offer of loaner, or anything. This place has gone to the dogs~ More
Horrible I purchased a vehicle 3 weeks ago. I signed an agreement to purchase pending a minor leather repair. After driving the certified 7series vehicle a wee I purchased a vehicle 3 weeks ago. I signed an agreement to purchase pending a minor leather repair. After driving the certified 7series vehicle a week, I took it back for a schedule leather repair. They repaired the leather the same day but called to say the drivers door would not open. The door was perfectly fine when I dropped the vehicle off. After 4 days I went to the dealership, the repair guy said he apologized for taking so long, his fault. Well, 11 days later and multiple excuses, I still dont have a car I purchased for my wife's birthday. The salesman was great, as well as the service advisor. However, the sales manager nor GM has responded to multiple email requests nor phone calls. I will not make payments on a car they are holding hostage. Excuses about the parts being ordered or the parts truck not coming will not suffice. Furthermore, to tell me you were just moving slow is the worst form of unprofessionalism I've ever heard from a repairman. More

While working with Jason, he kept me informed the entire time and was able to give me updates when appropriate as I was awaiting my car to arrive at the dealership. He was very forthright with his communication and was not afraid to say he didn't know something and was willing to find out. I would highly recommend him! I decided to go with a different vehicle and Jason put me with Marian as my sales associate. She was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and if she did not know an answer she found out for me. She held my hand through the entire process. I would definitely ask for her upon your arrival. The overall process of buying a car is laborious at a minimum. There were times when I almost wanted to walk out. Car buying could definitely benefit from some process improvement. Camilo, the Sales Manager recognized my frustration and made it right. He listened to me gripe about the overall process (not related to people, just process) and offered a mutually agreed upon compromise. More

His knowledge of the BWM line and Chris Yarbough of Nalley BMW of Decatur was extremely helpful in providing us with the vehicle we were looking for. His knowledge of the BWM line and the inventory on the lots was really helpful. His time management of the entire trading in a vehicle and buying a new one was impeccable. No time was wasted and he kept things moving along in a stressful free way. Not easy when buying a car. From the time we arrived he was extremely attentive without being pushy at all. He was able to find us a vehicle with unique features 3rd row on an X5 not easy to come by that was Certified Preowned. That warranty alone is amazing. I highly recommend Chris wherever you in the Atlanta area to make the short trip or go out of your way, he is worth it. The interest rate was half the rate GM offered on a similar SUV on the same day. Chris Yarbough is the real deal. I asked him how long he was working at Nalley and he said 7 years not too many car people stay at the same place that long, which showed me a lot about Chris as a person. More
